but you forgot to balance it with "no random critical hits"

when drawn: generates 1% charge every 2.5 seconds
when übercharging: healer and target become cloaked and target doesnt lose ammo while reloading

Imagine the possibilities! A medigun not used for the open battlegrounds like all the others but for sneaking in and being the perfect medical rogue you always wanted to be!

Heavies shooting from seamingly empty corners with the tomislav!
Spies that sap entire nations while still being invisible!
Demomen that let hell rain down on foes without them knowing what hit them!

To be fair you still flicker when being hit, so be carefull not to use too visible weapons or to go too near to enemies while being übercharged!

- Shooting while cloaked shows your silhouette

Guys, it's stats should be these:

+25% melee resistance
+10% Uber rate
-20% Overheal

On Uber: Deal 100% more melee damage
Move 20% faster
Uber target takes mini-crits
+While heal target is overhealed, they are left with one health point from lethal kills
+25% faster ubercharge rate
-25% max overheal
-25% overheal build rate

The Ubercharge is split up into 2 segments each with a duration of 4 seconds.
Upon Uber:
+Applies a bubble of health to a target, that applies the effect of this medigun to them even when they are not the heal target. (Target gets healed, overhealed, and overheal bonus)

While healing, patient regenerates ammo and fire rate is increased by 50%
Ubercharge overheals the entire team and multiplies their clip size by 2
Ubercharge rate increased by 15%
Healing rate is reduced by 75%
No overheal
Beam range decreased by 40%
Ubercharge rate is 40% faster
Ubercharge duration is 20% longer.
-50% health penalty
On uber: All nearby teammates are overhealed.
On uber: All nearby enemies are bleeding.
+40% damage taken from any sources.

It somehow reminds me of refillers on gas stations... xD

Pros:
+ 100% heal rate
+ 25% ubercharge rate
+ 15% movement speed when active
+ healed moves at the same speed as the healer

Cons:
- no overheal
- 20% more damage taken when active
- recovers 2 HP less per second

Ubercharge:
+ gives a boost to movement speed, fire rate, reload speed and damage by 50%

My idea:

+) Healing target is resistant to all debuffs and takes 25% less knockback from all sources
+) 33% faster ubercharge rate (ubercharge is less powerful, so a quicker build would be good)
+) Mirror patients blast jumping and shield charging (like the quick-fix)
+) Ubercharge drain reduced by 50% (ubercharge lasts for 16 seconds, but look at bottom for info on this)
-) Healing rate based on heal beam connection time (starts at a base rate of 16 hps, after 3 seconds increases to 24 hps, after 3 seconds increases to 32 hps)

U) Ubercharge is drained faster with damage taken (medic damage not the patient, 1% drained for 5 damage taken). Ubercharged patients deal mad milk, bleed and increased knockback with each attack (debuffs last for 5 seconds each), and have a 35% resistance to all attacks.

Right click will push back the enemy target or make the target immune to knockback for 3 seconds, but it costs 5% uber and uber does not charge for the 3 seconds

I'd love a medigun designed specifically for shortening timers on debuffs/effects/flames as it heals as you initially suggested, but also that it gives improved overheal

+25% Max overheal
+25% Ubercharge build speed
+Teammates on fire/bleeding/given debuffs will wear out the effects 2x as fast while being healed by this gun
(like moving the timer clock for afterburn twice as fast)

-25% Slower heal speed when not overhealing
-Ubercharge grants healing target full overheal and is immediately consumed
