Why can't I learn ammo such as arrows and bullets and what are the multipliers?

I have been playing for more than 4 hours on your server and it is a very nice server.

HI, glad you are enjoying the server, not sure why you can't craft arrows and ammo, but i will log on and check shortly

It is fixed now. Thanks for that.
Could you please tell me the multipliers. I want to use them in taming calculators to see How long it will take me to tame something

Hey, we are using XP x 10, Taming Speed x 20 and Harvest x 10. Also increased respawn rates, faster breeding with lower care and reduced need for food and water across the board. Hope that helps.
