I notice, what remington and sniper rifle so bad, they kill combine in head from 3 shots. Can author fix it, or something else&

This weird, because i cant kill even slower from remington from first shot.

I had notice the shotgun was rather weak. I shot the combine with this shotgun about 5 times just to kill from a normal distance(Sometimes more than that). It feels less like a shotgun and more like a multi-barrel air rifle.

Enemies in CoF have different health. They arent wearing frikin armor like the Combine

Even though the values you used are from the wiki, and I commend you for you it for wanting consistency, the damage be balanced around the base HL2 weapons so the weapons are worth pulling out to begin with.
Thank you for the work you've been putting forth in these weapon packs, I hope you'll keep on taking critique and improve your current addons so the player experience is better for everyone!

After taking a look at all the weapon's damage and using them against the usual combine soldiers, almost all of them do acceptable amounts of damage. The only exceptions to this are the shotgun and the sledge hammer.
The shotgun does 40 damage (5 x8) in total, which makes it considerably weaker than most of the weapons in terms of damage and DPS. This makes it much weaker than the default HL2 shotgun, which does 56 damage (8 x7) in total which kills a combine soldier in one shot. If you want the weapon to be on par with the other 2 handed weapons, increase the total damage to 64 (8 x8), which is more powerful than the HL2 shotgun, and is more than enough to one shot a combine soldier. It won't out class the hunting rifle because you have to account for the shotgun's spread and it's slow fire rate, so you'd have to be up close and personal and make the shot count for it to be taken advantage of.
The sledgehammer does 45 damage, for it's long swing delay this makes it a very poor weapon to use. Given that it's more of a risk and reward weapon, its should be buffed by doubling its damage to 90. If that's too extreme, 75 damage would be enough.
Why? Well, players want to use weapons that actually have an impact on whatever they're shooting at, whether that be NPCs or other players. If they know that the weapon does less damage than the base HL2 weapons, then they really wouldn't want to use them over anything else that's better. Hope you take this into consideration.

Note: The shotgun conflicts with the shotgun from the Goldeneye Source SWEPs pack. The CoF shotgun model gets overridden with the Goldeneye Source shotgun model.

And yes, i made the M16 40 damage so that it could kill a player in a single burst if all shots hit.

Also, for the VP70 i forgot to mention i tweaked it's damage to be 20
