spray your spray in the middle of the room then go to the hallway facing the bottem of the spray

Put spray down in middle of pocket dimension and then what ever hallway is to the direct bottom of the spray :P

Yeah some servers are changing the way the pocket dimension works.

To bad on my server sprays are disabled and each time you are sent it randomised the facing position ;)

in console type cl_playerspraydisable 0

then r_decals 200

then r_spray_lifetime 2

"the ang" = -90 is the way out

As soon as you go in the pocket dimension, turn to the hallway directly 90 degrees (quarter of a circle) to your right.
If you've already turned when you get in, face the way you think you were facing, then turn right.
