Hey All,

With the announcement of Waking the Tiger and the inevitability of more DLC fleshing out more nations in the future -- adding more starting guarantees as a result -- I've decided not to expand the mod to remove the starting guarantees from DLC, including Death or Dishonor. I made this mod in part because it's fairly simple and easy for me to maintain even when I'm not actively playing the game, and to make it as compatible as possible. Removing more starting guarantees will increase the amount of effort to maintain it, and more importantly increase the amount of incompatibilities with other mods. I apologize if anyone was waiting for this change to come!

But, barring any major changes to the mechanics involved in this mod in future patches, I plan on keeping it updated in the future.

I'm really glad to hear that so many people continue to enjoy this mod. I often disagree with the decisions that Paradox makes as they patch, but lots of credit to them for making it simple enough to mod this that someone like me can do it.
