How do I spy
I reaserched spying and I don't know how to use it

If you researched the normal spying - you don't need to do anything, all it does is showing you on the bottom screen what others are doing like bulding a new engine or researching stuff.
If you researched the 2nd spying you can execute the spying function from every worker you have.
