Enter your Request for another Xen themed map
I have the feeling to do another one, so after my next planned map which i'll be doing, i'll go ahead and continue another Xen map. But I need Ideas for that - What should I have that would make sense to the lore?

Well, what about caverns that have glowing blue crystals? Oh and those elevator pillar things (Not the ones that spin around.)

That's sounds nice, but I do not think there is an HL1 texture for Blue Crystals, I'll have to Experiment around. And what do you mean the elevator pillars?

Uh... Those things that lift you out of the caverns and into a ring of platforms...I don't exactly know what to call them

Ah yes, I understand you. The chapter Interloper has one of them. The big green bone like pillar structure that moves up and down.

I'll see what I can do eventually, cause in the Elevators you see in the Factory are powered by buttons, i'll need to see if I can find out how to do such a thing. Thanks for the suggestion, mate.

alright then how about a xen survival map? endless waves (or maybe not endless) of the xen army coming after you

I have a separate map series with zombies in it, and I'll be developing a 3rd map for it that'll have a endless wave, I would want to keep my xen maps have exploration as a core factor.

as a suggestion could you throw in a large crater area with the healing pools and ambient half life creature and xen sounds in the background?

maybe you could do the orignal half life 1 and source xen map withut all the npcs that would be cool
