Config values customization
This goes in your GameUserSettings.ini file.
If you set any of these to 0 or don`t specify them in the config, the following default values are used:

DOTFoodDrainMultiplier - Food consumption multiplier applied when using Appetizer (blue) the default value makes unconscious dino food drain 10 times faster

DOTFoodDrainDuration - (seconds) Duration of Appetizer buff (blue)

FlatFoodDrain - How much food each AppetizerX (red) removes

GrenadePassiveDinoBuffDuration - (seconds) How much does the grenade effect last on passive tamable dinos

GrenadePassiveDinoFeedingInterval - (seconds) How much time between passive dino feeding, by default you can feed passive dinos every 10 seconds while the buff is active

GrenadeUnconsciousDinoFoodDrain - How much food to remove from unconscious dinos (3 x more than AppetizerX in this case since it costs 3 x AppetizerX to craft)

TranqDartTorporMultiplier - Torpor multiplier, 9x by default (vanilla tranq dart is 6x, refined tranq dart is 12 )

TranqDartFoodDrain - How much food each dart removes

TranqDartPassiveDinoFeedingInterval - How often passive dino accepts food while under the effect of the dart (seconds).

With the exception of one thing, I love your mod. Especially the grenade for passive dinos. However, your math on the vanilla tranq and shock darts is off.

Arrows/darts do both instant and over time torpor and the final total torpor values are not in line with your statement of 6x and 12x for the vanilla darts.

The vanilla tranq dart does a total of 221 torpor with a primitive weapon (100% damage stat) when you combine the instant and over time amounts. That is approximately 2.456 times the total torpor of a vanilla tranq arrow fired from a primitive bow (90 total torpor); not 6x.

The vanilla shock dart does a total of 442 torpor with a primitive weapon. That's 2 times the regular dart and approximately 4.9 times the basic tranq arrow and bow; not 12x.

Also, does your dart do both instant and over time torpor or only instant? What is the exact value of the torpor the dart does before the multiplier is applied? This information would be very helpful for balancing your mod around others.

My dart works the same as a vanilla arrow/dart.
I did not recheck my math but i will tell you how the calculations are done (unless they changed it recently)

Looking at the wiki link you provided, we look at the Damage column, first weapon damage is applied to that, the values you see are for 100% weapon.
We see tranq dart and refined tranq dart have 26 base damage, so does the appetizer dart.

For example a 200% rifle would do 52 damage with any dart.
Torpor values:
vanilla tranq dart: 52 x 6 (instant) + 2.5 x 52 (over 5 seconds)
appetizer dart: 52 x 9 (instant) + 3.75 x 52 (over 5 seconds)
refined tranq dart: 52 * 12 (instant) + 5 x 52 (over 5 seconds)

tranq arrows instantly increase the target's torpor by an amount equal to 200% of the weapon damage and give an additional amount of torpor equal to 250% of the weapon damage over the course of the next 4 seconds

P.S. The appetizer arrow also works on passive tamed dinos (does not do damage or torpor to them)

Ah, ok. I was trying to figure out where you were getting x6 and x12 from. Thanks for explaining. I completely missed the dart page somehow... I'll chalk it up to early morining brain fog... lol. Off to do some calculations for balancing now! :D

That said, could you add settings in the .ini for the multiplier to the over time component of the dart and the time span over which that torpor is delivered? That way people could choose to have the over time higher than the instant if they wanted.

TranqDartTimedReleaseMultiplier=3.75
TranqDartTimer=5

I have a question, is there any way to edit said values in a way to make it work on a tamed creature and perhaps make it heal them faster?! Thanks for the mod! Great job! :)
