ancient archaeopolis
I got this planet when I integrated an empire, and it seems that it consumes minor relics, but doesn't produce them? is there something else I need to do with this planet, or is there something going on behind the scenes?

The alloy and energy districts have minor artifacts upkeep, and the archaeological districts (the research ones) give precursor archaeologist scientists which produce minor artifacts

Am I missing something about the value of the archeopolis districts?
An artifact can be sold for 500 energy.
The upkeep for a manufactorium district is 30 energy and one artifact (meaning 500 energy) per month.
Yet the district gives only 20 alloys and 20 consumer goods. 1 alloy = 4 energy, and 1 consumer good = 2 energy. So the district gives 120 energy per month.

You're wasting a lot of money each month by building manufactorium districts.

Yeah there isn't much information on a lot of these modifiers so I have no idea whats good & whats bad. Either way, thanks for explaining Guilliman

@Guilliman the archaeologist scientists are either not producing artifacts or are producing a very small fraction which would not cover the alloy and energy districts sufficiently.

I have 8 of them working away and the tooltip when I hover my mouse over them indicates they are only producing research points. However, somehow my empire is producing 1.3 artifacts a month from Jobs, but I'm not sure if this is coming from somewhere else.

The district should have 3 Archaeologist and 1 Precursor Archaeologist jobs, the second being the artifact one.

The tooltip is misleading with the rounding. It says it produces 1 artifact. But I only got 0.39 or something like that. Thematically I really liked that planet, but I'm not quite sure how it's supposed to be sustainable.

I just use the archeology districts for research and artifacts.

The other two districts look cool but the UI is so bad about fractions that I just can't manage them well, and I have a lot of other options for alloy production in the game.

I have a other problem on this kinda a planet, and its i cant gain the Tech to remove some of the blockers called "Xenomorph Colony" missing "Dangerous Wildlife Removal". I have tryed with finsih_research cheat and sit to see if i could get the tech, but after many many repeatals techs i gave up.
Just to be clear they are not the blockers that "Aechaeological District" add.

its bugged attm it was producing 1 before :) i tried to find it in the files to help but i couldn't locate it at all mind helping out? i mean honestly with this few artifacts the planet basically is useless

I want to create some kind of certain scenario and i need to create a precurosr world in a specific system what is the planet class tag for a precursor world (ancient archaeopolis)

Is it just me or Ancient Archeopolis is OP? I have managed to get 4k science from one, so my opponent in multiplayer game eventually decided to give up.
Mb it would be better to reduce science output from them, anyway we need them mostly for small artifacts.

I agree, this particular planet is insanely broken, whoever gets it pretty much just wins outright with proper play. Is there any way to disable this planet? Does disabling precursor stuff at start of game even get rid of it?
