Report a translation problem
I know that there's rarely a "right" answer for everyone's mod lists, but just knowing if this should be first, near things like UI changes, name lists, etc, or last near stuff like NSC, diplomacy mods and meatier things. Would be useful.

3. Gigastructural and Engineering & More (3.10)
4. Ancient Cache of Technologies
5. Ancient Cache of Technologies: Extra Defines and Changes
6. UI Overhaul Dynamic (NOT REQUIRED, OPTIONAL)
Personally don't like a-lot of these mods, but with this world order the modifier mod worked fine as intended.
