load order?
where would i put this when i use it with PD, above or under, also using NSC3 if that does anything messy???

Same question. I was also wondering about mod incompatibilities too, but for this question...
I know that there's rarely a "right" answer for everyone's mod lists, but just knowing if this should be first, near things like UI changes, name lists, etc, or last near stuff like NSC, diplomacy mods and meatier things. Would be useful.

I used the following mods top to bottom.
1. Amazing Space Battles
2. Guilli's Planet Modifiers and Features
3. Gigastructural and Engineering & More (3.10)
4. Ancient Cache of Technologies
5. Ancient Cache of Technologies: Extra Defines and Changes
6. UI Overhaul Dynamic (NOT REQUIRED, OPTIONAL)
Personally don't like a-lot of these mods, but with this world order the modifier mod worked fine as intended.
