is there a list of things that are changed or modified by the mod? or images?
really wanna know if a mod is messing it up or what you get with the mod

Not necessarely a list, but it changes the visuals of all areas (except corpse), some item sprites, some endbosses like Isaac and Lamb and all characters.

what bosses are replaced and who are they replaced by? Cause if some arent changed, specifically mega satan, I do have some ideas, though no ideas on how to actually implement them.

Mega satan is changed :)
It's him, Isaac, ??? and Lamb.
