Unlock other hero
I know there is a command to pick specific hero in picking screen after the game loaded.
then i try to enable cheat and enable developer mode to make new private game.
but when i start use the command(dota_pick_hero <playerID> <heroID>) it says "player 0 cant pick hero"
any suggestion to enable player for picking heroes from console command for this custom game?

Put your game in chinese and you will have a shop to buy them

Change language of dota to chinese then there is a shop that will appear when you play the game
