The lord of ice and blaze devil
Where is "The Lord of Ice&Blaze Devil" ?

He is not present on the map from the get go: you have to first loot ice bead from the ice devil and fire bead from blaze devil. Then you go up from where the blaze devil is and jump into the cavern on the right. You then use the beads on the "incense altar" and there you go
