well it was the only way i could think of to reach state 12. wanted points can just be used to buy stuff from the wanted store, but i dont see a reason to need that

Maybe you should play alone with the talent accessory that provides half of your stats to gain enough stats in order to upgrade state. What matters me is the amount of merit. Do you need to farm repeat Q to get enough merit? Coz it really takes a lot of time =.=

Unless u get jianchanzhi from fortune teller u have to repeat the kowolon and water demon quest.
But if you did do all the quests, (everysingle one, really every single one), you should be able to reach state 1800 merit and maybe closer to 1900. it depends on how many times you repeated the two above mentioned quests for items at the start of the game.

but here is a list of quests to do past state 7-10:

* channeler (items from pa and disrupter) * abandoned heaven general (items from dk and opracle in heaven)* mysterman luo du (kun lun((i think thats his name, both boxes dropped from heaven general one of each to unlock full potential) * anon blacksmith ( trade in divine spirit set and 15 tianqiong talismans (drops from heaven general and officer) for 3 saint chips) *mysteryman lianyun (cliff area/ secret tower guy) (i think thats his name) tade saint chips and 3 fusion stone for ex version of the boss armor from sven lina and windrunner boss

Do not need 2 EX rings. Can use 1 EX ring and just use the 2 accessories from the big PA and gain +200 permanent stats.
