Bosses not spawning

Anyone else just have the bosses past stone hill just not spawn during their games.
ie. most of Hell, Heaven, Nvwa, and the Wrath's area

what is your difficulty?
in some low difficulty like 123, some bosses will not spawn.

they changed so they spawn on all diffuclties so I think yours just bugged
