I know that , but I don't know how to fix this. Grove Street is build that weird way.

I will try to do something with that

Okay, for one I had hdr on for some reason. Now i can run it kind of decent, but giving it a 3d skybox would more than likely reduce lag for everyone

Thanks for research! But there is a problem. Map is running much faster but there's no street lights and other pretty nice "skybox" details.

so, when will u implement it?

It lags a lot for me too, unless I'm outside of the map. No idea what's causing the lag since I believe maps like d1_trainstation_02 have more objects than this and barely lag. I wouldn't say it's map size because gm_bigcity doesn't even lag for me and that's a large map.

Nice. On my ♥♥♥♥ laptop the worst i get is as high as 45, which is only in one spot, the rest ranges from 60 to 80, better than most maps. I am impressed with the quick update, too. The maps layout is very nice and I was also very surprised to see that the mirror room actually has one of the highest Frames/second.
I didnt even notice the skybox at first because the transistion is perfect as well as the lighting and texture scale.
I don't think most people relize how much effort you put into this map and in such a short time too (judging from the very fast update). I'm really looking forward to see if you ever make any more maps for gmod.
I knew many of the problems because I had an old map that pretty much had all the same problems including a memory leak too, but I accidentally delted the vmf and cany decompile the bsp.

Maybe try to get main map smaller, and get buildings that outside into skybox objects in low res,its in fog anyways

I have big FPS drops only in middle of Grove Street, in interiors it runs smoothly. (in Sandbox)

My specs:

OS: Windows 8.1 (64 bit)
CPU: AMD E1-2100 (1.0Ghz)
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 8200 series
RAM: 4GB
