Mod breaking LW2
So after I had a total breakdown of the game in a way I could not recover it I've started from fresh: re-installing the game and after every batch of mod enabling (via the alternative launcher) I delete the config menu. So far so good until the last batch when things got really really really slow.

I've read the launch log and I've got tons of RedScreen Errors on stuff that related to this mod. Most of them are on Weapon Fragments that can't be found and it just goes down from there. Also it tried to target the vanilla edition of the mod and while I'm do subscribed to this it is turned off since I'm running LW2. I've disabled MOCX and Exalt and suddenly the performance is almost perfect again (there's probably other mods that slow the game down but the slow from MOCX/Exalt was unbearable). I test the performance by starting new game everytime so all the mods always start from a fresh game.

I've made sure that the load order would be right with LW2 goes first, then the dependecies for MOCX then the dependencies for Exalt then MOCX and lastly Exalt.
And by slowing the game I mean really breaking it. It was slow to load, slow at the menus, slow at the strategy layer and slow at the tactical layer. It slowed the game everywhere.

Originally when the game broke it was still LW1.2 but now obviously I'm running 1.4 and I couldn't find any mention that this is happening now.

Any idea? Anyway I can help to debug?"
