What does incompatible with prison labor do?

Is it a minor or game breaking glitch? Assuming its completely recommended to not use together can I uninstall this safely from an existing save while I try the other mod out?

Using this with prison labor makes the pawns try to clean all the home area even when you tell them to not so they go crazy on a loop of trying to clean and canceling it. so it is a minor bug but its annoying

i am using the b19 version of both and havent noticed that yet. maybe when i order them to start cleaning? either way if it does show up, can i uninstall this safely?
