Robbie Rotten Spy but without the Head

An alturnative to get the Robbie Rotten suit on spy.
The alturnative I found was getting the spy head (which is found HERE)

https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=231434289) and posting it to fit the RR clothes, then locking the RR's head bone to the spy's head's "head" bone, then locking the RR neck bone to the spy's head's neck bone, and then the "spine 3" bone to the spine 3 bone.
If executed currectly, then the head should move with the body, now just click the little curser right next to the spy head model name, so that you won't be able to move the head bones on that model. after that, your good to go! Have fun!

do i also link the root transform? i just selected the body and tried to move it, then from spine 3 and up on the RR stayed in place with the head, and his chest and lower moved with the body...

Okay, sorry, nevermind! I found out I was attaching the head to the body, not the body to the head!
