a few questions

I was wondering how I can build the golden throne as I'm unable to build it, also is there somewhere where I can look up how these forge buildings work?

After reading further into the mod I discovered that those items are currently not in because the creator wishes for these buildings to have a greater impact on the game rather than just giving a small passive bonus.
