In Steam, hover over 'Library' and 'Tools'. Search for 'Scrap Mechanic Mod Tool' and download it. When downloaded, lanch it and make sure 'Crazy Wheel Pack' is active. Then turn on Scrap Mechanic and click load world. Select a world and click on the pack and play!

IKR I want mods but this stupid thing doesn't let me

I KNOW HOW:
go to library, on the right hand side there will be a list of the games that you own, right click scrap mechanic, go to properties. then betas, and switch to test...

this is what it say on the scrap mechanic wesite thing. This didnt work for mr because when you switch to "test" you have to get some update thing and when i did that it said that i was missing a file or privliage (i cant remember) but i hope it works for you guys ;)

Please reply and tell me if the same thing happens or if it works :)

i have done that 20 times opened the game 20 times downloaded and deleted the mods 20 time AND IT WILL NOT WORK everybody will just have to wait for them to update it

Look im not even going to help anymore because people CAN NOT read
