Crash when lowland option

TSL problem with Civs not starting the right cities and locations since last update

The game gives me an error message when I click the "Restart" button

Game doesn't start

Whenever I try to manually select CS game crashes. Don't have a problem if I allow for random CS but computer always picks the worst ones.
