Which language are you using in game ?
Can you try to switch the in game language to English for a test ?

I am using Chinese in game. But I have tried change language into English, it also has the same bug. Advanced Setup is also hidden.

And without "Enhanced Mod Manager" ?

"Enhanced Mod Manager" is just a mod can enhance the mod UI better.
I try close it and restart the game with only this maps pack mod, but still can't solve the problem.
Actually in Chinese civ6 forum, this bug has appeared for 2 years. I find the first bug report in 2018, that someone said it's the bug of the huge world map.

Then sorry, I don't know what's the issue for you, just tried to switch to Chinese and it works fine here.

Strange, the log should start with that:

You're missing the 2 "MainMenu" lines, are you sure you don't have a old version of the mod installed in your "my documents" folder ?

If that's the case just keep the steam version.

Oh thanks you are right. It's the problem because of the old version. And there's another conflict between this mod and another mod called "Sukritact's Civ Selection Screen". Though I think it is not necessary, I want to let you know it.
