England keeps collapsing on turn 25-30...

Happens every game. They turn into a free city by turn 30. Any reason why this is happening? Also is there any way to make sure all of the civs have color? Some of them have black borders and colors (I'm assuming it's cause I'm playing with 36 civs).

There is a mod for that...something prism. If you navigate to the Yet (not) another Maps Pack collection it is in there. It is because you have too many civs but that adds more colors and takes care of it!
