Hi,

when i'm playing with a friend on the Play Europe Again Map in Multiplayer we cant choose what city-states we want to have in the game. my friend wants to play gaul but when brussel spawns it steals gaul's start location and the gaul settler has to move. thats why we want to ban brussel but its not possible.

any recommendations?
