Always the same civs on Enormous map
I've just started five games as Trajan, Enormous map, all other leaders & city-states random, the last two games disabled culturally linked starts, and every game has exactly the same AI civs. There's a chance this is just freak coincidence, but it would be truly shocking to get the same 15 civs 5 times consecutively so I'm thinking it's probably a bug.

are you loading a saved configuration before launching the game ?

Nope, I manually go through the Advanced Setup settings every time.

Sure, here's one[pastebin.com] and here's another[pastebin.com] started immediately after quitting to desktop and restarting.
Interestingly these aren't all exactly the same civs, but all the same bar one or two.

from the 3 logs, it seems that the random generator is working.

That is very surprising, I just started a game with the same settings but as Victoria rather than Trajan and it still gave me an almost identical lineup. Is there some bias hidden in the settings or should I make the best of this unbelievable coincidence and buy a lottery ticket?

the function is called GetShuffledCopyOfTable in https://github.com/Gedemon/Civ6-YnAMP/blob/master/Override/AdvancedSetup.lua if you want to analyse it.

If you manage to turn it into a winning lottery ticket generator, I won't be greedy and only ask for 10% of your gains.
