No city states showing up
The mod loads perfect, except for that there are no city states. Not even the button for it in the menu. I have the latest version of the game, the latest version of the mod, all files verified and no other mods activated.

Not sure if this is helpful but in case it is I figured I should share:

I had the same problem where city states would not show up, though I did have the slider to choose the desired number unlike you(?). Anyway, to have the mod place them when using TSL related maps, it turns out I had to click the 'Allow random placement for civs without TSL' button.
