Please change location

Please change the alternative spawning location of khmer when using Sukritact's tonle sap mod
[76,42]->[77,41]
And location of tonle sap Also!~
[76,41],[77,40]->[77,40],[77,39]

Also DELICATE ARCH to real location
[136,61]->[136,64]

And Jakarta was changed to Bandar Brunei. So Please move to [83,33]
