The answer is: I can sap people!

• If sapping a player: Stuns the target for 3 seconds, by electroshocking them.
  (All while talking non-stop)
  
• No damage delivered to non-building target
  
• Recharges 8 seconds per use on people (Like sapping a robot in MVM)
  
• Sapper damage to Engineer Buildings decreased by 55%
  
• Sapper Health decreased by 30%

This sapper will do almost no damage to Engineer's buildings, and will be removed in 1-2 hits, but it will stun people, turning Spy's gameplay to a whole different angle of possibilities!
