im thinking:
50% less ammo
100% more damage
+40% fire rate
-70% accuracy
per 2 kills gets 30 crits

+ shots become critical if they penetrate and hit another person
- shots do less damage

sounds good but they talk about an exit wound so I thoght maby some kind of penetration
