Idea for stats

This weapon appars to be based off a WW1/2 water cooled machine gun, so I thought of some intresting (and decently balanced) stats to match that.
+Silent Spin Up
+ 15% Faster Spin Up
+15% Damage Bonus
-10% Accuracy
-50% Clip Size (100 rounds)
-5% Fire Rate
