Hell was referenced in "The Naked and the Dead" (TF comic#6), I think it would be a cool setting, haven't decided/comitted to making more TF2 levels this year, will see how much time I have :)

you just gave me a idea, it would be cool if you made a hell map with caves, lava and all that stuff, BUT instead of adding that quake/DOOM vibe with all the destroyed castles, you replaced them with 20's arquitectic office design (art deco). it would like a bioshock level underground with all walls and floors decayed because of hell's destruction, something like this:

but with red colors and cracks all over the place.
