Hi,
in default Element Buying/Selling is deactivated in Ressource Table (Sell / Buy).
To activate it, use this lines in your GameUserSettings.ini:

Just give a positive number instead of -1.

BuyElement=-1
SellElement=-1

Example: You want Element to cost 100GC per 1 Element:

BuyElement=100
