okay so my server is going to be an extinsive rp server and we took out all engrams except for a few we want to take all tools and weapons and put them in a costum npc table and set rank reqs. so say we have a blacksmith in our kingdom set to rank 7 on the table he's the only one allowed to go buy the bps for weapons ect. I know i can do this in game but is there a way to maybe do this in game .ini?? would be alot easier for me if not it's fine i can do it in game.
