For a while now and I cannot wrap my brain around what some of these settings do/mean.

Like, what exactly is this and what does it do exactly?

I get that it's part of the Supply and Demand Logic, but what part does it play exactly? I don't understand what it means...

is just the restock timer on the NPC tables?
