NEW Spreadsheat for Buy / Sell & Supply Demand with multiplier.

Added on existing spreadsheat to include the Supply Demand calculation and added multipliers for both Buy / Sell and the Supply Demand logic.

Multipliers will edit all columns prices etc. They are found on the Yellow Rows, in the red cells.
