using cheats to upgrade horses

i just captured sarleon and i really like the look of the sarleon armored warhorse but it is a little to slow for. is there a way to use cheats to upgrade it to a chaimpon version of it self so it is atleast comparble to my chaimpon ironbred stallion?

I Believe you can add a tweak too the game that lets u have someone upgrade it upon finishing a quest but i dont think theres a cheat to train him. You could just enable cheats and just give yourself a Champion horse i think.
