custom knighthood order quest
in the custom knighthood order quest, the old tale part 2, you were to told to bring 20 workers to restore the castle, but where do you even find the workers? in the quest log it says refugees, what refugees? generic farmer, peasants and other commoners doesnt count as workers

Read again quest's notes - it is written there about "Refugees", not " refugees ".

The Dev is talking about the unit that you can find off of bandit warbands, the Refugee, looks like a villager woman
