When the match starts I quickly set up my troops archers first heros and calvery behind. Then I charge alone, you want to draw as many enemy calvary away as possible. Then the enemy foot soldiers should charge your troops getting cut down by arrows. when the enemy gets too close to your troops, retreat. If you loose troops you get negative morale. You actually get positive morale retreating after you kill a lot of enemy troops. If you get knocked out alot just Leave the fight and find a castle or town to rest up then start the fight over again. I was able to take out a 4k army with only 350 troops.
