Crash on Load Game
Pretty much sums it up. I was playing, everything was working fine, then I got into a battle with a lord and captured him. After I captured him I started getting a ton of script errors. I quit the game and come back and now i can't load my save game. It just crashes. Was something to do with a prisoner, I saw one in my prisoner management slot but it just had (1) and I couldn't remove it or talk to them or do anything with it.

If you can't load save, then it is damaged. It is usually happen during saving on the world map when game is not paused.

The file was corrupted, there was a prisoner that was messed up, I am not sure what prisoner it was but that is what happened. It started a huge amount of scripting errors and I couldn't get rid of the prisoner. I thought maybe a restart would solve the problem but it didn't. I just started over again and I am now about 330 or so days into this next game.

How to reduce chance for save corruption (apply to any Warband mod):
when you want to start new game restart Warband first,
don't play with realistic saves,
use all 9 save slots,
save in scenes e.g. tavern,
if you want to save on the world map then stop to pause the game, count to 5, press save.
