How to make the Heretic or Snake Cult back to power
How can you make them back to roaming around the map again because i have a problem that i can't befriended with other KHO by doing thier bounty quest and i'm tired some cheating and teleport around the map to find them before the quest time is end.:steamfacepalm:

If my english is bad i must sorry because i only speak Despacito and not understand english that much.

Well if they are not designated 'Obliterated' they should occasionally spawn armies and smaller groups of them in the far South East of map along shoreline of The Empire.

Give it some time and they should respawn.
