Start Silvermist chapter w/o their inittial spawn?
I wish to start a Silvermist chapter in one of my castles, however, I didn't realize that they didn't spawn in Senderfall before committing to this playthrough. I was wondering if it's possible that they still spawn around the map in others armies or in tavern that I may still create the order?

If i remember correctly. You can form Orders in towns but it required an item i think. But yes they will still spawn in the game. Theres a Lord that always use to carry them in his army.

Their chance of starting in Senderfall raised from 10% to 30%
So yea, still only a 3 in 10 of them spawning there. You can still create them though with qualis gem, enough honor and relations with them. Check the link for more. Good luck!
