Culture Recruitment
I created my own kingdom; worked out well, had a castle, and a village, from where I can gather Pendor recruits as my chosen culture. I took over an actual town, but none of the villages supply my culture for troops. Does anyone have an answer for this?

I think it just takes time to start seeing your faction troops show up. There is a building you can build to get noble recruits.

It has been many years since I played Warband/PoP, but on taleworlds.com you can find the PoP section and ask there as well. A ton of resources to mod PoP too if you want.

Glad to hear it is as I remembered. By far the best mod I've played. I do suggest looking up tweaks for PoP to speed up honor troops as I remember they only became useful after I'd fought every major army/faction.
