Hey Everyone,

I started up a new game in 3.9.5 and got a fief and now all of a sudden every time I do a heartbeat quest they now cause me to lose prosperity in my fief?! I tried multiple options and it would seem that every time I have a heartbeat quest no matter what option I pick (and whether it is the "right" one or not) I always am losing prosperity in the fief!

I didn't have this happen in my 3.9.4 game. Is this a bug or a new feature?
