Prophesy of Pendor v3.9.5
Overpowered Armies
For all of my years playing Pendor, I have mostly played as a mercenary, rogue-like warrior. A while ago I joined the Empire as a vassal (I admire the Greek/Roman style culture) and we captured the majority of towns and castles; D'shar only had Torbah, Fiersdvain were down to 4-5 castles, and Sarleon - who initially were steamrolling over everyone and held Ravenstern cities and castles - only had Rane, Ravenstern, Poinsbruk and several castles remaining. But suddenly and recently, Sarleon declared war on us, and maybe 5-6 of their Lords had armies with the strength of 1100-1600 troops; King Ulric had 2400 and he even employed a mercenary company who had 1100. As of now, we have lost four of our towns and can't even touch the Sarleon armies, nor stop them. Does anyone have an answer for this? It honestly took me by surprise.
I completely understand the nature of Pendor's gameplay and how fun this can be, but its a huge letdown to see all that time and effort lost to a near defeat, which I am sure is imminent.

There is no answer. The hardcore of POP is solely in its imbalance

for normal recruitment of npc even king I havent seent more than 500-600 men, the whole army for just one lord/king mostly 500 like, If you have seen a lord with 1000-1500 men then the only answer is that:
They have defeated a unique army which has got so many prisoners like thousands for example noldor lords or jatu got so many prisoners as well
If you check these unique armies they are so strong and fast so they just won and run and take so much prisoners If anyone defeats includes you it gives you so much and powerful soldiers.
If you wonder just check the which soldier's they have got in their army.
If they have got only sarleon soldiers then it is a bug
If they have got many different soldiers than sarleon army then it is just normal PoP unique army problem
