For the missing Textures needed you Half-Life 2 Episode 2 and the Original Addon.

To change the camera, you need an addon or you have cheats.

You need to buy and download the game in Steam, then activate it in Garry's Mod or download it anywhere on a page. You can also see in the workshop if there is something there.
