UPDATE LOG
UPDATE [3/10/17]

Making a few changes based on feedback and play-throughs:

-Flame Viper Seething no longer usable if the Viper is suffering a status effect (disoriented, confused, etc.)
-Added a configurable point of armor to the Flame Scale Vest to bring it inline with power scope of ADVENT Warlock and Black ICE Codex Strategy Element Rewards
-Reduced spawn weight of the Black ICE Codex slightly overall, but even more at Force Level 15+ for the M2 variant
-Removed the tiny bit of Defense and Dodge from the Black ICE Codex. They didn't seem necessary with LW2''s change to cover values
-Reduced HPs of Black ICE Mother Brain on Legendary Difficulty
-Corrected Piercing Label value for Psionic Reaper in Soldier Equip UI to match the actual value used in the Tactical Game (was stll reading 3 from the Vanilla Mod. Should be 5 for this Mod).

UPDATE [4/9/17]

-Added Russian localization files provided by Вecё/\b|й Kpo\/иk
-Pushed Black ICE Codex first appearance back 2 Force Levels and capped SpawnWeight at 3
-Removed 1 Flame Viper Corpse from the buildable Inferno Rounds item (Proving Ground project unchanged)
