i can't learn angram of alternative unlocker

@Ablock: I am unable to replicate your issue so troubleshooting it is near impossible

since last few updates i havent had the engrams in the eztek replicator other than element, shards, and pearls. I have seen the issues with the tek stuff so didnt worry about it, but then ... today i dropped a vanilla replicator i had crafted before updates and to my suprize all the engrams appear to be unlocked and show in it, yet they still dont show in the eztek replicator
and yes i tried both unlockers again for fun

Yeah the inventory on the EZTek Replicator is stuffed at the moment. Use S+ or Vanilla Replicator till I can get a fix for this
