I wanted to reconstract the World War II in Civilization VI, so I needed to update Civ icons.

I've downloaded this mod, assuming, that it's possible to find the texture files in the mod folders - and I did it. I found BCIAlphaAtlas256.dds in a folder called 'Textures'. I opened DDS (texture files format) file in photoshop, made all the changes I need and saved it under the same name. I loaded the game, but there were no changes in civ's icons (I mean the original icons were replaced with the mod icons, however there were no icons, which I had drawn).

If anyone knows, please, tell, what should I do to update the mod Icons. Thank you in advance!
