I would like some help please. Im trying to play around with the evolotion aspect of the mod but i dont think i understand whats supposed to happen.

My current undstanding is that i make an infernal potion, place it and a vanilla ?? dino ?? . ride and press x.

Iv done this with a direwolf and anky do no effect nothing even happens. can someone please explain what im doing wrong please? I would like to use this mechanic more.
